Collaboration with KISS

This MoU made on this 27h day of July, 2017 between the Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences based at Dhaka, Bangladesh, a registered organization that has been doing social work for the greater interest of the people in the society in Bangladesh particularly for the education & for the betterment of underprivileged children and called as Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences (DISS) (which expression unless excluded or is repugnant to the context shall include its successors and assignees) on the one part and the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) registered under Society Registration Act 1860, herein referred to as KISS (which expression unless excluded or is repugnant to the context shall include its successors and assignees)

MoU Between DISS & SVSF

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between Daffodil Institute of Social Science (DISS) which is a Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences (DISS) is a residential institute for the Disadvantaged, Underprivileged, Street and Orphan children the Bangladesh, providing accommodation, food, healthcare, education from Kindergarten to Postgraduate, vocational training and all other basic amenities of life absolutely free with a job after completion of education and promoting the Social Business Concept among the student community of the world, hereinafter referred to as SBSF.

MoU Between DF & DISS

This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as “MoU”) is made and entered into by and between Daffodil International University (DIU) as 1st party and Daffodil Foundation (DF) as 2nd party. As per the decision of BoT, DIU, 17 February 2021, that “Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences (DISS)-An initiative & run by Daffodil International University (DIU) under the supervision of Daffodil Foundation-DF (Reg.No. S-4302 (404)/04, Dated: Dhaka, December 17, 2004) & supported by Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.  

 MoU Between DISS & Odommo Bangladesh Foundation

This document constitutes an agreement between Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences-DISS. DISS is an initiatives of Daffodil International University under the supervision of Daffodil Foundation & supported by KISS - Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. DISS is a shelter home for disadvantaged, underprivileged children that belong to the poorest of the poor, sometimes having no family. Moreover they don’t have any roots. Basically DISS will provide safe accommodation, quality education, medical services and meet the basic human needs for the disadvantaged children free of cost to make their future better, reintegration and mainstreaming and   Odommo Bangladesh  Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to improve the lives of disadvantaged child laborers through education, skill development training to increase employability and improve health and hygiene knowledge. 

This MOU is to express the willingness of both parties to engage in an effort. Odommo Bangladesh Foundation will send homeless distressed children from transitional shelter to Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences – DISS. Both organizations will agree to the following conditions for the betterment of those children. 

MoU Between Apon Foundation & DISS

This document constitutes an agreement between Daffodil Institute of Social Sciences-DISS. DISS is an initiative of Daffodil International University under the supervision of Daffodil Foundation & supported by KISS - Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. DISS is a shelter home for disadvantaged, underprivileged children that belong to the poorest of the poor, sometimes having no family. Moreover they don’t have any roots. Basically DISS will provide safe accommodation, quality education, medical services and meet the basic human needs for the disadvantaged children free of cost to make their future better, reintegration and mainstreaming and APON Foundation, a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to improve the lives of disadvantaged child laborers through education, skill development training to increase employability and improve health and hygiene knowledge.
